Products and Sales

907 Game Guy sells handheld gaming consoles bundled with accessories. Bundles are sold as complete packages; we do not offer individual items for sale separately.

All consoles are preloaded with games and include accessories specifically chosen to work with the system.

Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure, third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales tax may be applied where required by law.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Flat-rate shipping of $15 applies to all orders. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-6 business days after shipping, depending on location. Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. If your console or any component arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our 1-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in the console and bundled accessories only. Warranty does not cover the included microSD card, accessories, preloaded games, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty

Each console bundle includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered issue arises, we will have the console repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Games and Software

The microSD card includes preloaded games for personal entertainment. We do not sell or distribute games individually. Game rights remain with their respective copyright holders. We do not provide support for individual games or guarantee compatibility for all included titles.

Limitation of Liability

907 Game Guy is not liable for:

Loss or damage resulting from improper use of our products

Incompatibility with third-party accessories not included in the bundle

Delays in shipping or delivery due to factors outside our control

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
